Note: Cancellation Policy:

1) Damage deposit due at time of booking. This is refunded within 30 days after check out if conditions of lease are met, by credit card, or check.

2) All rental monies are due 90 days before.

3) If reservation is cancelled within 90 days of arriving to the home, then the monies will be kept in full, unless the management can rent the property out. At that time the monies will be returned with the exception of the deposit monies for the inconvenience.

4) If the reservation is cancelled with at least 90 days notice then the deposit will be refunded minus a $150.00 charge for cancellation.

5) If monies are not received 90 days before, and deposited by management, then the management has the right to cancel that time, and refund the deposit, minus $150.00 bank charge.

6) Note: if home has more than stated amount of people or dogs as in lease day or night, then Bedford County and our company reserve the right to enforce the law with eviction and loss of all monies and damage deposits.

Note: It is your responsibility to purchase trip insurance. We do not sell trip insurance. We believe that there are less expensive opportunities on line to purchase this for your trip and avoid any conflict of interest.
