This area opens onto the right corner covered back deck, as well as the larger lake facing covered deck that wraps around the left side of the home & exits on the driveway next to the garage. A new gourmet kitchen renovation was completed several years ago, which updated & enlarged the kitchen with the thought of family & friend gatherings in mind. Extra features: No POA (Property Owners Association) Central Vacuum system This home is served by a 4-Bedroom septic system making it an incredible investment property with potential use as a short-term vacation rental property.
